Arica
Reception at the airport in Arica and transfer to the hotel. PM half day excursion of the city and the famous Archaeological Museum of Azapa that exhibits regional culture artifacts and the more than 10,000 years old "Chinchorro" mummies. Overnight.

DAY 2
Arica
Full day excursion to the "Lauca" National Park, a World Biosphere Reserve located high in the Andes near the Bolivian border. Among its spectacular features is Lago Chungará, on of the world's highest lakes at the food of the Payachata volcanoes. Return to Arica. Overnight. (B,Box Lunch)

DAY 3
Arica - Iquique
Transfer to airport in Arica for flight to Iquique. Reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel. PM City tour highlighting the historical background of this northern Port. Overnight (B)

DAY 4
Iquique
Half Day excursion to the impressive "Pampa" of the Atacama desert. The ride will include sites of the nitrate ghost towns of "Humberstone" and "Santa Laura" and the sprawling geoglyphs of "Pintados". Return to Iquique for boarding the departure flight. (B)

Calama - San Pedro de Atacama
Reception at the airport in Calama and transfer to San Pedro de Atacama. Lunch at hotel. Half day excursion in the afternoon to the Gustavo Le Paige Archaeological Museum and the Valley of the Moon. Overnight. (L, D)

San Pedro de Atacama
Half day excursion visiting the village of Toconao and then Salar de Atacama, a giant Salt Lake. In the afternoon, visit to the Ayllus of San Pedro and the ancient archeological site of Tulor. (B, L, D)

Full day excursion, departing early morning, to the Tatio Geysers. Lunch included. Return. Overnight (B, L, D)
