Plaza de Armas
Considered to be the heart of the city, since the Incas time, when it was called Aucaypata (Warriors Plaza) being twice the size of today's plaza. This was the place of assemblies, parades and other civic ceremonies, surrounded by Incas Palaces.

Around the Plaza de Armas, today we find very beautiful colonial churches.

San Blas
Considered to be the district of artists and craftsmen, with steep narrow streets and beautiful colonial homes and churches.

Plaza Las Nazarenas
It was considered the House of Knowledge during Inca Times. Some of its colonial buildings are now the impressive Monasterio Hotel and the Church of San Antonio Abad.

Hatun Rumiyoc
Where the famous stone of twelve angles can be seen as part of the stonewall of the Inca Roca Palace.
