Andean Odyssey is a registered company, having offices in Lima, Peru.
The client understands that this booking request will be completed once the client has received notice from the company that all reservations are confirmed by hotels and all other suppliers. Afterwards, the company will issue a Booking Confirmation Invoice (a deposit of 50% of the tour's price). The booking comes into effect once this invoice is paid for. The 50% balance is due in full no later than 50 days prior to arrival.
The Client understands that the Company will use its best efforts to operate all tours as advertised. However, it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify an itinerary and its contents due to prevailing local conditions.
Cancellations by the Client:
The client can cancel their tour at anytime providing that cancellation is communicated to the Company in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as mentioned herein.

Travel Insurance:
It is strongly recommended for the Client to obtain their own travel insurance. Andean Odyssey recommends full comprehensive coverage. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to obtain and purchase said travel insurance. Andean Odyssey provides a limited coverage health and accident insurance for emergencies during the trip ( up to US$ 2,000)
